Please Note: if you are selected as a scholarship recipient for the Spring 2026 semester, you must be currently enrolled at Columbus State for 6 credit hours or more during this semester to receive the scholarship funds. If you are not enrolled at Columbus State during the indicated semester, you are not eligible to receive any of the funds from the scholarship.

2025 – 2026 Application Cycles:
Autumn 2025: June 1 – June 30, 2025
Spring 2026: October 1 – October 31, 2025
Summer 2026: February 1 – February 28, 2026

You must complete and submit your application and all requested materials by the application deadline for consideration. Applications received post deadline will not be considered for the current cycle. Edits can be made to your application/application materials on or before the indicated deadlines, but not after. Once the deadline has passed, you will not be able to access your application/application materials until the next application cycle opens.

There is an essay component to our general scholarship application. You are not to use any artificial intelligence or large-language model programs (including, but not limited to, Chat GPT, Gemini, Grok, Grammarly, Co-Pilot, etc.) to assist you with writing your essay responses. Our reviewers value hearing your story in your own words and from your unique perspective. If you would like support in writing your essay, we encourage you to make an appointment with the Writing Center for personalized assistance.
